The Modaraba is dedicated to provide fair and timely disclosure of relevant information to its shareholders, potential investors, analysts and other stakeholders. All financial results and material information, if any, will be disclosed to the shareholders through Stock Exchange and / or Media and / or Company’s website.

3. Whistle Blowing Policy
First Habib Modaraba has a comprehensive Whistle Blowing Policy, which provides opportunity to the its employees, customers and external parties (This policy does not apply to the general public or those not directly connected to the Company as a ‘staff’) to raise their concerns in respect of the various matters including Failure to comply with any legal obligation, Criminal activity (including fraud and sexual exploitation or abuse), Deliberately concealing information about wrong doing relating to the above and Miscarriage of justice.

4. Internal Audit Policy
First Habib Modaraba has an internal audit function which main objective is to review systems and operations, assess the qualitative characteristics of management Information systems, performing procedures to identify the cost benefit analysis to optimize the Company’s operational efficiency, ensuring compliance both with external as well as internal regulations, review effectiveness of the existing controls in place, safeguarding of assets to minimize the risk, recommend improvements in systems and procedures advising on internal control systems and participate in the planning, designing, development, and reviewing the implementation, of computer-based financial and other administrative systems.
5. Risk Management Policy
First Habib Modaraba has a comprehensive and consolidated Risk Management Policy to formalize and provide guidelines to implement and promote risk management practices within the Modaraba.
The policy outlines the risk management approach, framework, scope, functions as well as roles and responsibilities of individuals and committees to identify, measure, monitor and control risks.
